Dunno were that house is..went for a bicycleride out to locate the house..couldn't find it..hepp.Took two loopes and still couldn't find it..well i blame it on me getting old and bad eyesight..

I think anyone who's genuinely interested will phone and view.nice house and good value.makes me sick I have to keep nearly this much money in the bank to cover my visa when I could be getting rental income from this sort of property.anyway good luck and it will sell.

Spot on Marcosteffano. =D> Which, as a genuinely interested person, I did. Whereupon, backed up by my familiarity with this estate, and acquaintance with several past and present property owners there, I was able to make an INFORMED decision, as to it's value.
Had a personal factor not unexpectedly risen, totally unrelated to this property, I would not have hesitated to purchase it.
