I'm moving to Udon from Pattaya in the end of December and need to rent a preferably furnished house from January 1st for at least one year, no more than a 20 minutes motorbike ride away from Udon City.
This is what i need:
Option to order a broadband internet connection with ay least 1M UPLOAD speed. This is crucial for me to be able to run my company in Europe from home, and very very important. Please note that it's the UPLOAD speed that has the 1M minimum requirement.
At least two bedrooms.
In addition to the old lady, I will also bring my dog, so dogs must be allowed.
I will pay rent every six months in advance.
Please get back to me as soon as possible with info and pictures.

I was thinking around 10K per month, but more important is the possibility to fast internet.
Regarding the location, as close to Udon City as possible, but a 15 minute bike ride is OK too.
