Small house or apartment required

I will be arriving in Udon at the end of this month and am looking for a small house or apartment to rent. At the moment I am unsure as to the length of lease I would be able to commit to as I will be seeking employment as a teacher upon my arrival. Ideally I would like something reasonably central but will consider any good deal close to Udon Thani. My budget is limited and I am willing to spend about 6000 baht per month plus utilities, slightly more if the property is of good quality. Perhaps an initial one month lease as a probationary period could be signed (rent and deposit paid in full in advance) with the option to extend the lease to something more long term if both parties are satisfied. If anybody has anything suitable please send me details.

I know place near "Romyen 1 Villa" at the old "Big C" ring road side.

It's private business, the owner name"Jan"
she have three brand new houses
one western style apartment building which is included six rooms apartment in the building.
each room have 1-2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, fully furnishes, WiFi, cable TV.

houses price around 8,000-10,000 Baht/month depend on the sizes.
apartment price is 7,000/month.

I am moving there in the end of this month, just hope the apartment be ready on time.

Jan is a very nice person call her up just to checking out if you are interested, I think it's not a bad option.

Have you found a place yet? I will be renting my duplex, Its 1 bedroom and 1 bath. kitchen. gated. its between Big C and Udtown. It will be available to move in Aug 6. The rent would be 8000 a month paid in advance. As I don't live in Udon, I have 2 units available exactly the same.

thaibound if you've not found a regular place yet, you might want to google tee-pak.com a thai apt
locator site. type udonthani in search box and you will see 10 different apts in 5-6k range. typically
utilities paid separately, small 3-4k deposit required, pay monthly, no lease. there are many out there.

is that a thai contact # english # ? i know a couple looking for a small house wish you guys could throw up some photos. would really help immensely. just generally speaking, so many folks claiming to have avail apts or homes for rent but
nary any pics or other relevant info to be had. and there are a lot of people out there looking.

on internet find it more of a challenge. i also dont suggest renting from farangs
because they all too often seem bizarre. and act very unpredictably with properties.

i WAS inquiring for a thai couple i know with 2 kids
looking for a modest home and they dont speak much english, the reason i asked if the # was a
thai speaker. i dont need advice from someone
with such a bad disposition. it was a simple question, which might have led to that
property being rented for the next year or more. not really so much to ask.

Please provide me with a email address so I can send some information and photos regarding my duplex for rent. It should be available for occupancy no later then August 1st.. 2 units are available. However the rent might be a bit steep for them. I am offering a Rent to Own option as well. I have not posted the property for rent as of yet because they are not currently available once I have a secure move-out date. I will be posting them on this website.
