Small two bedroom, furnished house for rent available early January, 2015. One A/C unit. You pay water and electricity. Covered parking for car or motorcycles.

7.500 baht/mo. for 6 month lease, 7,000 baht/mo. for 1 year lease, payable in advance with 1 month security deposit. Water/electricity to be paid by tenant.

This is located near Udon Sunshine Orchid Farm, a quiet soi off of the ring road and Nongsamrong Rd. The location has three houses, one large occupied with a long term lease, and two small, all with farang tenants. The smaller 1BR house may be available in January also.

QUIET farang tenants preferred! No pets.

Hello

I'm looking for a small house to rent, preferably unfurnished or with a spare room where I can store my existing furniture, tools & personal effects. I'm looking for something long term and within 10 mins of the city center. I'm a single mature aged guy, quiet, clean living and a good tenant who always pays his rent on time. I like to cook so an indoor or outdoor kitchen is a must. I'd be interested in the small 1 bed roomed house in January if it's available. I have 2 excellent references - Thai people you can call who will tell you that I left their properties in a much better condition than I found them in.

As far as I know it is still available. I am not the owner, just posting for the owner, so you may call Khun Piawan at the number in the OP.

This house will be available again starting March 27th. The current tenants are returning to Canada.

This house is once more available starting in April 2016. If you are interested, call Piawan. Her number is in the original post, and she speaks English or Thai.
