I am planning to move to Udon Thani in January, 2015 and will be looking for a furnished 2 bedroom and 2 bath minimum house/condo. I have only been in the UD town area for short visits, so I am not very familiar with Udon Thani. I am trying not to drive very much though because, quite frankly it scares the hell out of me, so I would like the place to be relatively close to the downtown (UD town, Central Plaza) and near a grocery store or Big C. Obviously, a kitchen, western toilets, A/C, good internet access are critical too, but a washing machine is optional. I would prefer a 6 month lease to make sure I like the place, but can do a one year lease. Of course, I will be checking the rentals in the classified section, but if you have something available or if it will be available in January/February, send me a PM and when I arrive in Udon Thani on January 16th, 2015, I can call you and arrange to visit the place.
