Current tenant asked to extend lease until January 31st 2016. The unit will now be available to move into on February 2nd 2016. Six month to one year lease terms. 14k Baht per month.

Condo will be available the first week of February, for a 6 month lease at minimum. Asking 14K Baht per month. A reasonable offer will be entertained. Only serious offers.
