The house is still available. It's located in Hansa Estate west of Udon Thani. I don't know about internet or community fees. Have you tried calling him or sending an email? Contact details are listed above.

The house has an internet connection. No community fee is collected. However, a minimal amount is paid when using the facilities such as the swimming pool and the tennis court.
