house has is completely furnished, has sleeping room with big bed and two aircondions, living room with sofa sofa table 4 chairs eating table big cupboard microwave big fridge tv and table for tv place for wash dishes with water, farang toilet with hot water shower mirror. behind the house has water and water tank for fresh water, can park two motobikes in front entrance door can look in the night with locker.
house is located 50 meter from highway 2 and nong khai bus station. 1 km from new public library with air con and free wifi. 1 km from tesco lotus. 100 meter from the cheapest computer shop in udon as is wholesale, but everybody can buy.
soi 16, 307/9 udondutsadee road. behind kobota tractor shop.

deposit is one month, rent must pay two months in advance. rent can start from feb. 1.
