Looking for rental

My wife and I will be moving to Udon right after the first of the year. We have visited many times but now are making a permanent move. We would like to rent for at least the first 6 months.

We will be bringing a dog and a cat, plus shipping some household items. So it would be nice to have a place to go to when we arrive.

We are definitely urban dwellers so the closer to or in town would be better. I am open to look at any price range as long as price is in line with the offering. I would be willing to pay rent from now to arrival and sign a lease after I arrive and determine the property is as specified
