Not more than 2,000 baht a month for 2 year contract

If house in Nong Khai not more than 1,000 baht a month for 2 year contract

Prefer a house that has never flooded above 50 centimeters.

I have own furniture so need empty home. Also I do not need air conditioning.

I will also consider a large apartment.

University students pay on the average 2,000-2,500 baht for an unfurnished single room w/toilet. Good luck finding a house for 1,000-2,000 baht.

I will have a shoe box size condo in December if your interested 12,000 ok?

Wow. There are some 2000 baht places in my neighborhood near the airport but they are a single room with bath in a row of the same. I've seen Thai style two story houses but never for less than 5000, and only saw one that low. Good luck!

Try for a 5 year contract to get the monthly rate down a couple of hundred baht

We have a farm at Nakha 15 klms north from Udon just off the M2 motorway north with a small Thai house on it and toilet with 4 rai land you could rent for 2000 baht a month lots free fruit, fish,and Chickens you can eat. FREE.
The land you can put on a mobile home lots room to extend the accommodation.
