looking for apartments (studio or 1br) not far from UD Town (1 km maximum).
the price no more than 7000 thb.
wanna have:
- separation beetween shower and toilet in the bathroom
- refrigerator (not mini)
- microwave
- sink inside or at the balcony
- fast and stable WIFI
- working desk
- aircon
- fan (not necessary, can buy myself)

TV is not necessary.
