Hi I am looking for a house or apartment close to town, no further out than big c. Happy to sign 6 months contract.

I will set out my requirements below;

Can pay up to 12,000 per month.
Must have a kitchen.
Apartment house or condo (Not LPN, too small/Price per sqm is too high)
Clean Modern fully furnished.
Ideally in the center.

I think that's it, I am a non smoker with no pets.
