I am trying to help a friend of mine out by creating a website for him but I am not having much luck. I am not that creative and knowledgeable in doing that.
I would like to know if your are able to create a website for me... its pretty basic with just information regarding services offered along with some forms to download ... we will be using this site called www.webs.com its a free service and eventually he will convert to the premium service. You can go to that website and see how it works.
We are looking for someone to create and design this website with the information we provide. I would like to know how much you will charge for your time.
