This property has been for sale for a couple of years and there have been no serious offers. Why is it so difficult to sell this particular property? The price of land in this area has skyrocketed and there are 28 rai that goes with the house. The owner originally wanted 10 million baht and at this point he will consider nearly any halfway reasonable offer.

These places don't sell themselves. How about the owner gets really motivated and does some if not all of the following;
1. Take numerous photo's of the interior & exterior with the property looking it's best (i.e clean & tidy)
2. Post the google map / earth location & co-ordinates.
3. Post a copy of the land title clearly showing the boundry.
4. Do a room by room write up of the house. I.e room sizes / bathroom types / kitchen types / etc / etc
5. Make a one page PDF brochure that interested parties can print, read, show their loved ones.
6. Add an email address, a thai phone number and an english speaking phone number.
7. Add a short video of the house & land.

I'm sure there are numerous more ways the owner could try and market this house & land.
