So what is a fair offer? or is this an auction looking for an unrealistic price that the thais will not pay

Put a price on the offer, even if offers over?

This means of attracting a price is ridiculous and will drive people to the land office or banks and get a price to see if it is good value.

Just have a look and make a fair offer. What is a fair price for Building land in UdonThani i have lost it now as prices are all over the place.
Example we were selling land at Nakha silk factory 5 Years ago at 1.500.000 Now we have helped sell 2 Rai for 9.500.000 so prices are over the top.
1 Plot was 5.500.000 for 700 Square meters on the M2 And is sold now as well. its a big shock the prices land is being sold for.

Udon is Over priced on the ring road and M2 North.

With the new Ring road prices will double in the next 5 years.

Like i say make a fair offer and we will sell.
