Where to Get: Modafinil or Provigil

My friend is due to visit but still in HMC Viet Nam but running out of Modafinil [or known as Provigil]

Is it legal here and can he renew his official prescription here?

Try the pharmacy opposite the night market, 50 Mrs up from 7 eleven on opposite side of the road they have many tablets others don't have but under the counter.
