medical grade propylene glycol

I'm looking for a source of medical grade propylene glycol so I can mix liquid for my e-cigarette. Can anyone tell me where I could buy 250-500cc quantity? It's probably a wholesale supply company that caters to cosmetic manufacturers.

I suspect it's sold in perfumery stores. There's one almost immediately next to Siam Commercial Bank on Phosri Road, same side. I buy alcohol there. The Thai name is โพรพีลีน ไกลคอล I searched Thai websites for the stuff......it comes up on a lot of perfumery store links.
It should be very cheap.
