Can you explain why I cannot ask for my policy in English - no good asking the wife as Thai's do not understand insurance. Also can you offer insurance with suitable benefits for the Bangkok Udon hospital ?
I was born with nothing and still have most of it left

Joepai...not quite sure we understand your question. Is it being directed at anyone in particular? If you buy insurance of any type through AA Insurance Brokers, you will have all of your documents presented to you in English. All of your correspondence including mail and emails/text messages will be in English, and when you call their office you will be talking with people who speak English very well. The local rep in Udon is a Brit as well. As has been mentioned, AA Insurance Brokers will only deal with Insurance Companies who can offer policies in both English and Thai.
As for the medical insurance, we offer the full range of policies suitable for the local Government style hospitals or the Private/International hospitals like Bangkok Udon.
As I am now living in Udon (at last !) I am happy to arrange a meeting with individuals or groups to discuss any topics concerning insurance.
