Sounds a bit iffy to me, Jason. Anyone else had experience of this?

Re: can real love be found on dating sites and in whorehouses?
Well that's a good point. We all assume Jason has good hearing because he's only 40 but for all we know he could be deaf as a post and bimbling around town with his hearing aid turned down. It could lead to a lot of confusion.beer monkey wrote:I got offered sex for money in the Gentlemans clothing department in Robinsons.....or was it socks....
Jason: Hello young lady, I'd like to buy some gardening implements.
Shop Girl: How about this hoe for twenty bob?
Jason: How very dare you, I'm a married man!
And it could go on.

Or a visit to a pet shop looking for a new cat.....Jason: Hello young lady, I'd like to buy some gardening implements.

Just a general note on deafness if i may.We all assume Jason has good hearing because he's only 40 but for all we know he could be deaf as a post and bimbling around town with his hearing aid turned down. It could lead to a lot of confusion.
Lots of people suffer from poor hearing even under 40 and can lead to confusion and misunderstandings, agreed its more common in older people though as it gets worse as you get older, but not everyone has problems and not everyone realize they have acute deafness, there are very good devices out in the market now though.
Thanks all.
Better get Back to the op ...
Re: can real love be found on dating sites and in whorehouses?
Of course, is it possible to find real love through t'internet dating and in knocking shops?beer monkey wrote:Thanks all.

The question needs to be split into two parts.
Why do people indulge in t'internet dating?
Well, apart from the stranger characters that indulge their darker side, there are girls out there that are just too busy with their full time work to look for chaps. You might even get a better match through the t'internet rather than making a mistake when you meet the man of your dreams while drunk.
Can you find real love in knocking shops?
It's quite possible to mistake love if the person in the knocking shop gives you that ultimate sexual experience, especially if you are inexperienced. We shall have to refer that one to Gooner when he's let out later today.

Re: can real love be found on dating sites and in whorehouses?
T'internet dating is easier for some....you can plonk yourself down infront of a screen and choose the ladys you like the look of from the other side of the world, why travel all that distance when you don't have to leave your front room...its a starting point for some.
Love or Lust Fawn...? not to be confused. It's quite possible to mistake love if the person in the knocking shop gives you that ultimate sexual experience, especially if you are inexperienced. We shall have to refer that one to Gooner when he's let out later today.
