Adunyadet road, soi 1, you can find that old hotel which I mentioned in my post, Tweesap Hotel, 4 floors. The next soi is then the (in)famous soi 2.
Don't be a loser, don't comment on others if u haven't achieved a thing.

GT93, pray tell your nationality, if you are not Australian, limit yourself to the OP's question are you happy with your country, if you are an Australian citizen why not be specific to your unhappiness, another person's whinging should not rock your boat if you are a well grounded individual.

ผมเป็นคนนิวซีแลนด์
I'm sorry if I upset the Brits by asserting they weren't gold medal whingers any more. As they won a truck load of golds in London, I think they have enough gloating rights to take it on the chin. Anyhow if I was a Brit, I would feel blessed (in a secular sense) to be British. Likewise if I was an Aussie (despite recent speculation in the Aussie media about a developing domestic culture of whingeing). While this new found Aussie habit of whingeing doesn't rock my boat, I am not going to assert I'm a well grounded individual. I confidently and proudly deny that.
I have lived in นิวซีแลนด์, เมลเบิร์น ออสเตรเลีย (๔ years) and อุดรธานี (๕ years). I think เมลเบิร์น is a fabulous city and one of the best in the world.
นิวซีแลนด์ is pretty good too and I'm happy to be here for now. I also really enjoyed my time in อุดรธานี and when I retire plan to share my time between อุดรธานี and นิวซีแลนด์.
I hope that is mischievously clearer than mud. Shame on Udon residents if you can't read one of these Thai words. อุดรธานี rocks.

Ronan,
GT93 is a kiwi, or so so he says, thankfully the the kiwis l have met have all shown good grace in relationship to 'Australasia rather than slagging off.
Australasia is sometimes used as a term for Australia and New Zealand together in the absence of another word limited to those two countries
Perhaps he is still peeved by the underarm incident some 32 years ago in a game of cricket. Whilst we in the land of Oz have moved on, GT93 needs to let it go or it will consume him no end.

I am surprised that Pakistan is 54. Maybe the sample group they interviewed was from the Swat Valley.

No sir, not at all happy with my country (USA). We have a country on a downward spiral and there is no stopping it. We are printing funny-money like there is no tomorrow, we have 47-million on food-stamps, we have legislators that do not remember what a real job is, we have laws made for cities that are applied to rural areas, we have far less privacy, we have a militarized law enforcement that are prepping for who-knows-what, we have a leader that thinks he is a individual and a wife that acts like a queen, we have voting fraud that is just as bad as third-world countries, we have an influx of illegal immigrants that cannot be stopped due to policy and the list goes on.....no, not at all happy with my country.

Not entirely. But the UK is where my pensions come from, and cannot move them, so have to maintain an interest in it. My family is international, kids in 3 countries. So i think of myself as a bit of a rolling stone, a citizen of the world, not one country. That was easy to do 40 years ago, now bloody immigration rules everywhere are a pain.
