There you go, you've done this sort of thing before then. Twisting and turning through valleys, along forest lines, etc. always got to me after about an hour :-& . I remember doing a low level trip (50 - 100 feet) up to Scotland and I'd eaten a Marathon choccy bar (Snickers, Yanks) and downed my orange juice then chosen to sit at the back of the helicopter with the crewman. Consequently chundered after one hour and filled the cabin with the stench of my puke - dead popular. Of course, once one chap chunders, the rest feel the urge to follow. Yes, I'm a bit of a wheezy boy with a note from matron in that respect. A good mate of mine was an air electronics operator on Nimrods. He used to take puke pills when they went low level over the Atlantic in bad weather.

ahh yes the smell of the glorious Chunder from down under , puke in the pot, Have you seen the ambo develpod vomit bags, like a huge big condom with a twist seal at the top, does keep the woft down a little !

always an issue with medevacs and once 1 goes so, does everyone !.

Ok can open a window a tad, but in the pressurised aircraft , not so !

Great wheels up landing. Loved the way the emergency services got their plan together while the jockey flew around the circuit burning fuel.
