Upgrading i-Mobile IQ 5.1

I have a i-Mobile IQ-5.1 phone with Android 4.1.2 and I like to have an upgrade to Android 4.2 I am trying to find someone in Udon who can do this for me since i-Mobile makes nice phones but their after sales is not the same as their phones.

Of course willing to pay for any help provided.
