Weather Warning

Post by parrot » February 11, 2011, 9:07 pm

The Thai weather department has issued a weather warning for the chance of thunderstorms and high winds in Nong Khai, Udon Thani, Sakon Nakhon, Nakhon Phanom and Mukdahan between 11-15 Feb.

For what it's worth, last year one of these Feb storms blew through the area and dumped just under 3" of rain along with heavy winds.

Guess not today, the 12th. Radar looks clear, but does look like some weather above Thailand, real black, and India, real red, in China, but moving East.

Most times these warnings don't pan out.

It's most certainly NOT allowed too rain right now. The guy next door has jacked up his home by a meter after repairing or replacing the support pillars has dumped 10 truck loads of 'hin' under it. So not withstanding TW bought several more truck loads to level out our property with his.

Effin rain now would create a quagmire of untold proportions.

C'mon Dero - just requires a bit more effort and persistence with the shovel and wheelbarrow. =D>

Not suggesting it should be you, of course. :D
