The following article from today's paper might be of interest to you guys up in UT.

PETCHABURI (Thailand): A Thai woman
and three accomplices were sentenced to life
imprisonment yesterday for the grisly murder
of her British husband.
Mi? Toby Leicester Chamaud, 41, disap-
peared in March last year.
His charred remains were later found bur-
ied at a national park in central Thailand.
The Petchaburi provincial court convicted
Panatda, two of her relatives and a neighbour
of premeditated murder.

Big difference between justice systems,wouldn't you agree?Besides you are comparing the trial phase to Whether there would have been a thorough investigation ,if left to Thai authorities alone.Michael and O.J. were given heavy investigations.
