Sansiri is putting a piece of land back on the market.....near Central, 4.1 rai......for a cool 1.5 billion Baht. The company bought the land just a few years ago, anticipating building a second condo unit (after The Base). Apparently, the company had a change of heart and has decided to sell the land.

How and what return can an investor get on that amount? Say a developer put 600 condos on it. 2.5 mb per unit just to pay for the land. Ain't likely. So what else???

Nirvana Beyond housing estate near the park sold many houses? Asking prices were probably 2x what the market will bear. They overpriced the land value IMO.
