LOOKING FOR DURIAN TREE 10-12' Feet TALL

I have just removed a diseased 18' palm tree from my front yard, and I want to replace it with a Durian tree at least 10-12' tall which would make it about 3 years old. The height is more important than the age since I want to partially hide the view of the neighbor's house from my front door. Perhaps one of our members has a tree for sale or could direct me to a place that would sell one. It needs to be delivered and planted for me, or at least delivered to my home near the Big C at the flyover. Knowing the price would be a plus as well. The 1st photo below is a sample of the size of tree I am looking for, and the 2nd photo is looking out the front door of my home. You can see the hole in the ground and the wide open view of the home across the street that I am trying to avoid having to look at all day. By the way, the wife insist on having a Durian tree!

I suggest you go shopping for a gas mask as well - OK: Sorry good luck. Suggest you use "feet" rather than the American abbreviation " ' ", most members, being from every where else in the world, will have no idea what you are on about!

Semi, hope you put the new tree in your garden behind the wall, otherwise you will never get to taste the durian, as it will go walkabout in the middle of the night or day..some palm trees grow faster than durian

I just asked Mrs N about this, more out of curiosity to the size Durian trees grow & are available to buy & she tells me there are some 3m ish (10’ ish for our imperial cousins) ones for sale on the Nong Khai road for about 2500 baht.

Heading out of town towards Nong Khai keep going past Do Home on the other side & you’ll pass a Komatsu dealer on the left then a row of a few garden shops. There’s a u turn just after the last one, spin it round & there’s another garden centre more or less on the slip road for re-entering the traffic.
