hydrochloric acid for pool

Morning Gents would anybody know where i could get smaller bottles/container of hydrochloric acid to lower my PH in my swimming pool.
been to pool shops and global and thai watsudu but they only seem to sell in large 15-20 litre containers.
I am only after about a litre max

Did you try Peter of Peters pools or Du home

Go to Swimming pools Thailand in the top left hand corner of the Forum.
They have it in granular form 5 KG 599 baht plus postage.
They send by post to your house.

There is a Chinese Builders Type Shop on Prajak Road ( Nong Khai ) That sells it in the Large Containers ( 25Litres ) But ALSO Sells it in Bottles of maybe A Half Litre for 30 Baht ( I Think ) Opposite the ESSO Petrol station which is being demolished......Just Here to HELP !!

the shop in dohome has hca 600 baht but also 25-30L ? package , you can store this long time though and in smaller content as of 1 L, it will be gone quickly ?...ordering online sometimes makes it more expensive than the local shops due to the high delivery cost (thaiparcels,kerry...), as info ...

At DoHome on the swimming-pool external shop, they sell Ph- powder, I have always used this product to adjust the Ph of my swimming-pool
That is interresting to know there is an alternative, what is the benefit to use hydrochloric acid liquid rather standard Ph- ?

Yes interesting i never knew there was a powder form to reduce the PH level,
certainly would be a lot safer to handle than the Hydrochloric acid.
I only require a small amount and i don't really like the idea of storing large amounts of hydrochloric acid so the powder form is a good alternative i think.

Never really had to use acid over the 7or 8 years but we recently emptied the pool after regrouting and refilled causing thePH level to be a bit high.

acid is way cheaper with same result ,only you must be careful handling ...
i used to buy acid at 300 baht/25L ,but the shop is gone and i did not yet find a good alternative,luckily for the moment i need to use more ph+ ,soda ash because ph too low ...

mostly i dilute a glass of ha in a water bucket and add to the swim , and check again later ,did not need ha for a long time now ,the ph seems to be always low instead of high , few years back it was the other way around?...

Because I have a chlorinator with salt, ph is always increasing but slowly.

I have just bought 20L for 280 baht at Globalhouse.
Need to ask because it is very well hidden!
