Mighty fine music.

Were they playing at No 10 on the date in question?

Fine you have your opinion and are entitled to it. There are millions of people who disagree with you, does not make them wrong does it.
There are millions of people who still believe Trump won the 2020 election.

It makes them both wrong and stupid - a bit like those who believe Bojo has any credibility.
It must be wonderful to know you are one of the few intelligent people on the planet (in your opinion) that knows for certain that your views and your views only are the absolutely correct analysis of the world situation and the rest of us are just 'lumpen masses' who just follow like sheep each and every politician of whatever persuasion to the absolute detriment of freedom, democracy and common sense. What a wonderful little bubble you must live in.

It's a rather large bubble, Alex - and going by the UK press, of all political persuasions, expanding exponentially.

Perhaps you need to widen your horizons. ;)

One can only wait and see if there is a night of the long knives or if the population has a complete reversal of its previous preferences at the next General Election. A few disenchanted expats are not going to have much of an input into either of these options.

What kind of person would do that? Most have chucked in the towel on both the serial liar and Brexit.

Not sure if I'm happy or bloody annoyed that Bojo has actually apologised to the Queen for holding TWO parties on the eve of Phil the Greeks funeral

More from Marina.

Note for Alex: It's an opinion piece, ok? There's no need to get testy just because it's well-written and the acerbic, rapier-sharp wit and casual insights are spot-on target.

Starmer acknowledging being spotted quaffing some amber-colored drink through the window of a registered office of the Labour party versus Bojo "not knowing about"/"attending but not staying"/"stopping it if he had known the rules" over an as yet unknown final number of 'business meetings' with free flow wine, cheese and canapes in his back garden.

As someone mentioned on talk radio today, the greater number of these curfew breakers weren't the PM or cabinet members or MP's but the civil service lackeys and hangers-on who work for the PM, cabinet members and MP's and felt entitled to being able to relax and socialize QUITE A LOT.

They were all Tories though.

I think his claim that "nobody told me... etc." is being taken out of context. He isn't saying he doesn't know his own rules, he's simply stating that nobody told him it was against the rules. He is suggesting that whoever is alleging that he ignored advice from his own team on NOT having these 'parties' is lying.

Either way, he's still fooked.

Well done to AC12 for investigating this lying boofhead.

But they will need a huge increase in resources if they are to go after the rest of the corrupt Pommie pollies.

And then they could move down-under, where the bent incumbent conservative mob refuse to introduce any federal anti-corruption legislation, in fear of being banged up quick smart.

But didn't you notice it was simply classic Beth Rigby baiting? I don't know why BJ puts up with her? Surely there was a fridge spare to lock himself in at the interview site? Nothing 'gotcha' about the BR interview besides the crafty post edits with just the distraught facial expressions captured to drive the agenda and the lead question in to the answer you alluded often cut out to where the "nobody" BJ was referring to was his archnemesis DC who's name presumably he dare not let pass his lips.
