I am travelling to Manchester next Monday (4th) transiting through Zurich.
Do I need to show a PCR test result at the Swiss transit point or the Uk destination, thanks.
For the UK: from 18 March 2022 there's no need for proof of vaccination, no need to be vaccinated, no need to quarantine, no need to fill in forms online.

For Switzerland, it appears to be the same.

The only entity that may require proof/tests is the airline(s). As advised earlier, check directly with the airline. Their website will have their current advice on this.

In my posts all fees and requirements are the standard R&R but TIT and a brown envelope can make incredible changes YMMV.

Even those annoying "pure bloods" are getting a free pass these days.

Must write to my MP.

Well maybe 10 Days in a quarantined hotel may give the "conscientious objectors" time to reflect on their decisions!

If the "pure bloods" get a negative pre-flight PCR test, they can enter Thailand untrammeled, just like the fully jabbed-up who won't need ANY testing.

I guess I read the article differently:

A non-vaccinated person must still pre-book a hotel for five days and conduct a mandatory five-day hotel stay/quarantine, for now, this may change later this year.

Ah, ok. I stand corrected, thanks. My mistake for just reading the cherry-picked 'good news' stuff in the media instead of the full, official blurb or Richard Barrow's concise and correct interpretations.

I've been told that despite their government relaxing restrictions on visitors, the Canadian pure bloods can't even leave their homelands.
