I did read it - as best I could, because it is almost unintelligible.

Given that ABC14News is of highly dubious credibility, and this story seems to have been put together by a non-English speaker, I went to the source ie The Economist.

Their conclusion:

This sounds alarming, but should be reassuring. Covid-19 takes 20-25 days to kill victims. The paper reckons that 7m Americans were infected from March 8th to 14th, and official data show 7,000 deaths three weeks later. The resulting fatality rate is 0.1%, similar to that of flu. That is amazingly low, just a tenth of some other estimates. Perhaps it is just wrong, possibly because the death toll has been under-reported. Perhaps, though, New York’s hospitals are overflowing because the virus is so contagious that it has crammed the equivalent of a year’s worth of flu cases into one week.

No doubt there will be numerous other studies, both in the future, and probably currently, which will agree, or disagree with Messrs J. Silverman & A. Washburne of Johns Hopkins CSSE.

You need to wonder where these figures come from when in the likes of the UK mortality rates for Covid-19 in hospitals only are running at just over 12% and in Scotland some 9.47%. Definitive "it takes 20-25 days to kill" are then followed "reckons that 7 million are infected" show you just how much manipulation of figures is going on.

If as you believe , as you constantly promote , that this virus is just another flu , which it is .
Have you or your family taken any extra precautions to protect yourselves from this flu , that you would not normally take for any old flu that does the rounds every year ?
