Still getting errors this morning

Well there's a positive!

Since these latest complications raised their ugly head and have been repaired so has my dreaded AJAX Error (mark forums read) that I have complained about over the last year!

yes I have been getting this when I try to connect to this site? Could not connect to MySQL error? but after 2 plus hours
later it connects why?

looky like the hosting company upgraded the php version or you guys moved it. Had a "mysql" connection error.. Or you guys are tinkering with directory permissions.

No tinkering going on. Yes, we've had problems with MySQL, among other issues. The remediation is designed to eliminate these problems.

There is no elimination of the issues if you are FTPing into your site to change files or one of your staff are.

Good morning! As far as we can tell, the remediation protocol implemented by our web host last night worked. They confirmed to me that all of their post-remediation testing yielded the desired results; and I have had no problems this morning.
