Don't know where you live Stan - but here in my village they have started using hand held computer billing units which prints the new bill out on the spot and they either collect or leave it in your mail box if you aren't there.
I would suspect that if you have a bill like that, there is a glitch in their new automated system. Take your TW down to the water company and I am sure that they will straighten it out for you - or at least provide you with a somewhat plausible explanation.

Damn. Haven't you heard of water conservation? Mine is never over 100 each month...
Anyone know how water bills are computed.Usually the bill is paid to an employee that rings our bell at the house.Somehow,I wound up with a bill that shows two months owed and each month,the charge is 430.12.I really never paid attention to the monthly billing,just paid it.But because there is 2 charges of equal amounts,I wondered if they just have a flat monthly charge.
