I want to buy a MTB later, but since I just stay for a couple a weeks (twice a year) I stick to my roadbike. But if someone want to help me out for a second hand bike in Jan, give me a notice. Want a cheap one for a quick ride to the city center sometime.

Maybe you write somewhere, but how long did you use for that 1000 km ride?

There are other groups as well I just haven't met them yet. Every time I ride it seems I see more roadies. Touring is fun too. did your road bike come with dropouts for a rack? Touring here is basically credit card style. The ride to sakon nakon is a nice trip.

Th

I'll be there around 6:30 AM tomorrow morning. Sausage, eggs & toasted roll Breakfast across from the bridge is very nice washed down with a cup of coffee. I have no idea where we'll be riding to tomorrow. It's always a surprise. Ilook forward to seeing you there.

Oh dear, Mike. These people are fast. Had to give up near Nong khai today. My wife is already start worrying for my heart. "You not 25 anymore", she said. Think I go with you next time, lol.

I know what you mean Alan. I saw you pedaling hard on the return to Udon Thani while we were on our way out to Nong Bua Lamphu. Attupon told me today that he has no intention of racing on the 20th either. We both appreciate a more sane speed of 18-20KPH.
