I was looking around the forum for yoga and noticed the postings are quite old. Any information will be appreciated. Spending six months in Udon this year bicycling is on top of the list and yoga is second.

Nice links and we can get a yoga teacher easily with the help of these sites. Thanks everyone for sharing wonderful information. I am also a great lover of yoga and need a yoga teacher.

I saw one group of Yoga with the yoga teacher at Nong Prajak Park every am around 7:00 - 9:00 am while i had my jogging routine.

but the details i have no idea, check it out if you are interested. and i am sure there is more than one Yoga instructor
in Udon Thani.
