Request Site Name and Location

We have seen this picture come up often on the Udonmap web page. My wife and I would like to go see it. Can someone please tell us what the name is and where it is located ? All that I can find on the website is " Kaew-Koo " Coordinates would be appreciated.
I am still learning how to get around Udon Thani

SALA KAEW KOO" (ศาลาแก้วกู่) is about 3 km. from Nong Khai on the Nong Khai - Phon Phi Sai" road
