The inside of Central Plaza is as nicely decorated for Christmas as I've ever seen it. Nothing chintzy....lots of photo ops for all the people who indulge in selfies. No signs of Santa, though.

At least they don’t have Christmas music, which you get for about 3 months in other countries.

After clearing the St Nicholas stuff out, they will need to remove all the St Valentine's Day (patron buddha of something or other?) stuff from the shelves b4 the Easter eggs have space

It’s still 13 weeks to Pancake Day but grocery stores are selling milk, flour & eggs already. Unbelievable

Yep and I would be booking a Holiday , knew a lovely place in the Cornish countryside which had no decs, but let nature shine in all its glory, very peaceful .

One of the many positives for leaving here is the opportuntity to abstain totally from.all the Christmas bollocks IF ONE CHOOSES TO DO SO .. i do ..which is slightly hipocrytical as we do see an upturn in the booze business Nov thru new year .

Imo christmas and all.it entails has bern roasted out if alloreportionsin the UK .. and its spreading .. Christmas carols in Buriram.makro ..and a tree in my local watering hole seems ott when looking where we are n the very few expats around here .
