Live Jazz at Centara!

Post by KHONDAHM » March 23, 2013, 6:12 pm

I'm definitely interested in live jazz! I haven't heard any in about 15 years...I used to go to the sort of speakeasy and spoken word places where people "snap" rather than clap approval. I miss it so..!

There is a harmonica player who lives in the province of Udon. His name is Richard from the UK and one time he played along with the band at the Irish Clock. I think his son from the UK, when on holiday in Udon, made a short video and put it on youtube.

I like the front deck at the Irish Clock. I think some Bose outdoors speakers playing some soothing jazz would be great. Elevator music even.

However, the bar directly across the street needs some talking to. Sometimes you get the Eagles or Lenny Kravitz or Depeche Mode at reasonable levels but of late, the tarts like to bung on some local ramwong or morlam sh!te and crank up the volume to stupid levels for a late afternoon. Is there a farang associated with that place? He needs to get his staff sorted out.
