Post by Ralf » August 5, 2008, 5:11 pm

Hi,

I am from Germany and will stay 3 weeks in Udon in September.

Is there a Gym in Udon where weight training is possible ?

thanks for your help.

Big Gym City is new and has everything you might need. It's a bit out of town, but worth it. It's also open every day.

100 baht to join and 50 baht a visit.

I was just in Udon for five weeks and used this gym while I was there.

If you have any other questions about the gym, just pm me.

Lee as for kick boxing I don't think I could raise my leg high enough to kick some one in the ankle  now this could be some thing I could enjoy and use it looks very clean & professional from your photo and I assume the eye candy is nice also

I haven't been myself but since it's at the sport college I think you could safely say that the eye candy isn't in short supply.

Personally I find working out at a gym pretty boring but add a bit of eye candy and it would motivate me to go.

I am staying at The Englishman's Retreat, they to have a good gym, have lots of free weights. its free to use if you are staying here, or they charge 400bt for a month which includes use of swimming pool. you can see pictures of it hear www.englishmansretreat.com

As for eye-candy...
