As a requirement for my Non "O" Visa extension I'm required to supply a 12 Month bank statement which displays my bank acct number, spending habits etc. They photocopy my passport, I have to give them 12 months worth of Wise Receipts showing my funds coming from Australia which have a wealth of, what I consider to be, private information on them. I'm thinking this year I'm going the "Black Out" anything I consider to be a security risk and see what happens!
I was in a situation many years ago where, when we delt with the Nong Khai office, I was given a form to sign printed on the back of a German nationals passport photo copy.
