I think I'll just accept standard service as I have no desire to line their pockets with any more under the table money. I went through this same nonsense last year and was assured by the then supervisor that there was no fee for this service.

Report this corruption. Perhaps they might be transferred to Phuket. Few vacancies there a while ago. Lol

Much easier to just ask to speak with the supervisor like my wife and I did last year when we wanted to obtain an International Driving Permit. It didn't take very long for him admit there was no fee for this service.
