12 month Non O based on marriage or Dependency

Hi,
In May I will go to Savanekhet Laos to get a 12month Visa.

I can get a multi entry 12month O based on marriage but I also thinking about this dependency Visa

Do I need to have 100% custody of my son to be able to get this Visa? I heard I had to

I meet all other requirements, born before marriage, name same etc etc

any help or experiences or advice I much appreciate

Nick ....if you already have 100% legal custody then you should already have the correct paperwork ,,, or

If you are divorced (certificate needed) and or seperated from the dependent childs mother without custody papers you will need a document from the local court in the form of an agreement between you and the mother stating that you are the childs legal guardian and continue to support the child....very important piece of paper i have used the same document for the last 10 years and without it this visa is not possible .

DM.. not an immo expert but ive been on this same visa now for 11 years and these are the facts as i know them
