Blackberry Curve 8310 HELP

I have just bought a blackberry curve, its great after 1 day!!! Trouble is they are famous for email on the move however i cant register my hotmail account on it!!! Does any body have one and can maybe help me out???

I set one up the other day for e-mail Dave (not an 8310 though, so I may be wrong with the instructions below), it was just a case of:

Scroll to blackberry set up-->click once
Scroll to Personal Email Set up-->click once
Follow the instructions.

Thanks for that BB its none of the above apparantly i have to go to ais to get them to activate the service for the blackberry!!!!!
