3BB outages on the east coast

My 3BB service has been frequently interrupted these past six weeks or so. When I call, it's quickly sorted but a few days later it drops out again. Most recently it seems to die around 9 or 10 pm. Sometimes a power reset solves the problem, but sometimes it doesn't. Doing a reconnect using the router's login is similarly a 50/50 call. Most recently, they replaced my original router, maybe six years old, with a new mesh 6G compatible one. Despite really good connections when it is on, it just shat itself again. Calling their hotline and the auto responder says they're already working on a local network issue.

Anyone else had iffy 3BB over on the east-side ring road, Nong Sai/Nongbua junction area?

Not in that area but extremely few problems with 3BB here in the rice paddies, in fact we have seen a 50% increase in speed since they upgraded our link 2 months ago. Just measured at 286 MB/s. Our monthly fee increased from 631.3 to 642 baht after the upgrade.

Just to add:- by 10PM I have been unconscious for 2 hours!! 5555 - So have no idea what's happening then.

Yesterday's outage was pretty much all day, restored around 7 pm. As well as the auto response on their hotline saying the local network was down, they also sent an sms saying the same.
