jackspratt wrote:maaka one of the realities of being an UdonMap puckering old sphincter (I like that description) is that you get to read these sad tales of woe time after time after time. After attracting about 6 pages of advice, with the OP constantly upping the incredulity level, you find he is a troll. History has shown that these trolls are often banned* members coming back on for a "laugh".

After few years one becomes adept at picking the trolled story - as someone said on another thread, heck, it isn't rocket science. At this point it becomes a choice of "outing" the OP (and thereby spoiling Tamada's fun), or continue to play the game.

You will find that most members do not take too kindly to having offered their heartfelt advice (sometimes based on their own unhappy experiences) only for it to be thrown back at them, and making them feel foolish.

There has been the rare occasion when the "troll" card is played too early, and the OP turns out to be genuine. But these are totally outweighed by the scenario I have outlined above.

*in this case, I don't know if the OP is Petemcc aka, aka, aka..........
I must say that I am getting more and more enthralled with this board thing, it really is a good idea if you are bored.
However some things perplex me. My father is 80, his mind is still active, and he can answer questions on any subject, albeit a bit slower now. But the important thing is that he can actually answer the question posed, not what someone thinks is posed. I can imagine how annoyed someone could be to ask a question about A+B and get an answer about F+G! It seems that the old and wise on here actually have a very limited knowledge of life in general, and certainally of Thai problems, but they have to adapt their 3 stock answers to everything. The result is the OP gets pissed off and everyone suffers.

Then there is this seemingly illogical need to classify someone, as either a troll or a good poster, there is nothing in between. It just seems so incredibly strange that all the old timers, those who should have a bit of wisdom, so suddenly and without evidence, call someone a troll.

Somewhere along the way, people have lost tack of what a BB is for or about, it is about exchanging information, now to those with closed minds, anything new, outside the square is a TROLL. How are you guys ever going to survive IRL

Now come on Mods. It is plainly obvious this is the same fat guy, seen him in the clock, that has been banned previously under the guise of many names on nearly every forum in Thailand , including one that prides itself on its non moderation policy.Surely a ban is a ban regardless of what he calls himself? If it was my forum I would have reported him to his IP by now, not just kicked him off .
Ageing is a privilige denied to many .

I am with you TB!But isn't it so wonderful that we have newbies that are so empathetic, wise and considerate to our community needs?

Of course, they probably don't understand the ''community'' aspect and see the forum as their private patch for their personal amusement and disdain for those more advanced in age than themselves!

''Trollsport'',probably should have ''Olympic'' game status in their eyes!

Back to the OP:

My son had a relationship with a lady who claimed her brother was police and she was working "incognito" for him/them to find drug dealers in discotheques.

Not sure this was the same bird who needed dialysis every week to stay amongst the living, anyway He finally married a university studying lady and they are both happily studying now in farangland. Hopefully they will start working and making money real soon anytime now  (finishing uni this June)

Then it is indeed fortunate turdbit and nkstn are not moderators. Good idea, kick someone off because you don't like them because they may have been someone else. Sounds like a fair policy for a fair regime. Oh, and report my IP, so True will say, oh dear Irish clock, stop having wifi-another attack on Trevor's business then? I'm currently in Bangkok and using wifi here, so who are you going to tell? Really, you may be retired but that doesn't mean your brain should retire.

i read the first post on this thread and it reads like the plot of a thai soap opera. what i do not understand is why so many of you have bothered to send so many posts about it . this is now page five and once again it seems to have developed into a slanging match.

Lets get back to the OP. OT would marry the mental secret service bird who has property everywhere and a fat bank balance. She'd need to be a WFB though. I wonder if she say's she is mental and a Thai secret service agent to everyone, or just some -------- she kisses from time to time.

OT............. \:D/

Frans. You have obviously been scammed by Vicky, but virtually every male here could have warned you about bargirls, but you were in love would you have taken any notice? I know very few people who haven't been scammed to some degree by a bargirl the only question being the amount people were scammed by. There is only one piece of advice I can give now learn by mistake and next time read hangsaboots post and follow his 3F rule. Don't carry out any vendetta against her it won't get you anywhere just stress you out. Hate to sound cruel but maybe it is the only way to be kind.

Scouseboy.

Seems you have a lot off live experience, or maybe you know here to :-)

She not scam me with money, Juwels or whatever, No she scam me with feelings as she told to love me, And she play it very good! And to be true, I have receive the sign one time when sitting with Papars in a bar outside with here, when a man pass by and start to shout at here, with not so friendly words. Yep, I'm a blind stupid

And yes, I was busy with a vendetta against here, And indeed I don,t feel myself good with it, So I will follow your advice and delete here from everything where she still is. Even stay away from Udon. Sorry friends, Hope you understand, But Kanchanaburi ..... ;-)

Now I know the 3 F rule already long time, And was always doing it, But, (And I think bar girls knows this very good) When a man become older, he like to find more then the 3 F rule, Something as a stable relation.

Sure I'm not the only one as you mention.

Frans.

You are doing all the right things Frans. Try to forget now, think before you move away, I take it you are staying in Udon long time. There are places in Thailand which are as friendly as Udon, places with expat populations similar to Udon but think before you make such a big change. But remember there are "bargirls" of some kind pretty much everywhere so try not to listen to their b****hit because as the saying goes "how do you know a bargirl is lying? She opens her mouth".
There are plenty of nice decent girls everywhere, everywhere. Look at proper waitresses, Robinsons girls, civil servants, girls with market stalls I even met one very nice girl on a bus to Korat (she was too jealous though and had to go!).
Take care and good luck in your search

Ps I do have experience of bargirl relationships and have seen the same thing happen to many others. These girls are good at their job!
Buyer Beware

I always thought that was politicians, scouse.

But anyway, don't let that stop the flow of cliches and hackneyed phrases.

Never thought of that but how true for politicians. Just thought also the customer can be as much to blame as the bargirl for encouraging them!

There is one piece of information that i would like to pass on to you that a bar girl in Pattaya once told me.

ALL THAI LADIES LIE TO FARANG MEN.
