Yes, but please leave Denmark and danes out of it. We to have our problems. [-X \:D/

Just went through the immigration circus with my wife. I had to give redundant copies of marriage certificates and other papers already certified by danish authorities. Where told that if I didn't visa would be rejected due to missing mandatory information. :-" :-# :confused:

So me think they missed out some mandatory papers or information. :^o

Don’t worry about tomorrow. Today is terrifying enough.
I never forget a face, but in your case I can do an exception.

The topic title does raise the question , When does a bride become a wife? Not even after 45 years apparently . :-"
Ageing is a privilige denied to many .

Yes, that is true as the people of Norway never fail to point out as often as possible.

Leaving Danes out of it, New Zealand groom to be was removed from the UK:

Oh well, the couple will just have to first live in NZ.

Reading the article,it seems a pretty shocking ruling that this young man is not being allowed to live in the UK with his bride to be.....they have been together for 6 years and he has worked and paid taxes in the UK.
If you are white and have genuine reasons for being in the UK you seem to be at a disadvantage compared to the Pakistanis,Bangladeshis and Afghans who just come over to claim benefits and get free accomodation ! =;

The only thing I can see that this NZ man might have done wrong is that he bears an uncanny resemblance to the cricketer,Kevin Pietersen,which could have worked against him !

Just when I thought our chance had passed,you go and save the best for last.

The only time I visited England I was hassled a bit by an Immigration official. I was 36 years old, travelling on my own, and going through Immigration amongst what looked like quite a few flights full of passengers not from the first world.

To my surprise I got about a dozen questions about what I was doing and whether I was returning home. I had a return ticket. Streuth I was obviously a tourist. A 36 year old from a western country doesn't go to the UK to pull pints illegally in a pub for the minimum wage or whatever young downunder people then did. I just assumed they hassled everyone but perhaps they picked on people with my profile. I just kept my cool and got the stamp. I enjoyed my visit.
