For anyone reading this and who are not in the 'know' there is obviously more to this than meets the eye. :-s

I frequent Nong's Ribs on occasion and I had met the "others" who copied Glen's recipes and menu.
I agree with most of the posts here. Competition is good, but if you have to steal and you are not smart enough to come up with your own ideas, well I don't know.
Attitude, atmosphere and friendly personalites go a long way in the restuarant business. Those are attributes or qualities that you can not copy or steal.
