That is a nice looking burger as opposed to that McDonald's crap.

After running visiting friends around town all day, I needed a meal that wouldn't disappoint. A very meaty burger with plenty of fries and a cold European beer. The burger is at the top of my A-list!
Thanks June......and Dennis!

Egg McMuffins + decent coffee + a SF win = a pretty good Sunday morning!

Enjoyed chatting with you Dennis, I'll see you again for the NFC Championship game :D
What has happened to defence in the NFL? The games are starting to resemble Arena Football.

The Alabama Crimson Tide is an example of a team with a great offence and defence. They would win the Super Bowl, and perhaps, even the Grey Cup. 555+

Back to our regular hours now, same as when we first opened, Wednesday - Sunday, 9AM - 10PM. Jun's grandmother is home now and doing much better (considering her age).

We will NOT be open for this Monday's NFL games, but we will be open 6:30AM Monday, 4 February, for the Superbowl.

Parking is a problem in the evenings now because of the night plaza. They are working on the area next to our building for a parking lot, which MAY help. Parking also available behind our building.

Be careful about calling it a "McMuffin" or Bubba might get a visit from Ronald McDonald!

Nah, that stuff's a lot of work. Takes 45 minutes just to make the roux! But we'll have SOS and a cold Beer Lao for you if you come by before the races ;)

Your version sounds ono Mosquito, however not quite the way this local boy remembers "Loco Moco":
Loco Moco (loh-koo moh-koo) is Hawaii's original homemade fast food and can be found at just about any fast food joint, roadside diner, mom and pop restaurant or lunch wagon in the Islands.

It is truly unique to Hawaii, and it is a comfort food, or "local grind," of the Hawaiian Islands. Local food is not the cuisine that is served in upscale hotels and restaurants of Hawaii. It is a basic structure was established soon after World War II - the best fast food or mixture of cuisines from many Pacific rim countries, with a special Hawaiian twist.

Loco Moco is a mountainous meal consisting of a heap of white rice topped with a hamburger patty and a Sunnyside-up egg, and then smothered in gravy. This dish is popular for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is a candidate for the Cholesterol Hall of Fame. As you eat, break the egg - then blend the burger, egg, rice, and gravy on your fork for each bite for a real taste of paradise.

The only difference between this particular photo version, and the one I'm most familiar with, is loco moco is served with brown gravy.
