Is UP2U bar still there? I think there are 2 UP2Us in Udon but the centerpoint one is my place for som-tom and Chang back in 2007 they had a big tarp ceiling in that area that collapsed in a rain storm and decimated a whole table (by decimate I mean you would be dead or severely injured if you were sitting there, I was there at the time... it was friggin awesome!), luckily nobody was there... not sure what kind of fix they replaced it with but beware if it is raining and they still have a tarp in that area

UP2U moved over to nutty park, 1st shop on corner, primo spot. can't miss it, coming from mall, 1st street turns down toward irish clock and many things farang oriented, continue on toward train station, then next area of niceness, and you have arrived, before night market/7-11 area. actually hard to miss. nothing changed, except beer prices are up just a tad.

Nice, thanks for the update, I'll probably drop in next weekend before hitting up Vietnam with my J-friend... she was going to come to LoS before PAD went apes~hit well as long as I can get some khao niao, som tom, and a Chang I'm there, its been too long ! Its rough being a poor student

A great night, good laugh and to top it off i got pulled by the BIB for drink driving!!!! Failed both breath tests and they sent me on my way with a smile!!! i love this country!!!!!! They were after Thais so not always after farang money ect.

I still reckon stan is the image of his lovely dog!!!
