This forum was recommended to me as I'm spending more and more time in Udon Thani with every visit.

Yes that would be good to get involved and i do indeed to contribute to the forum.

I've been with my girl just under four years now and when we first started seeing each other i lived in the uk and while i was over in thailand we would travel up to udon every holiday and spend three to four days in the city and with her brother and sister.

Puang has no percents and has a son that i do get on with very well and i could say the same for her brother and sister.

when i moved to thailand just over a year ago we planned to stay in my condo in pattaya as puang rents out the bikes and does very well with it and we didn't have any rent to pay as the condo is my own.

But we travel to udon often even just for visa runs and we plan our trips around them and it gives us a few weeks away from pattaya which we both enjoy.

I have friends that have moved up to udon and cities / villages around udon and with every visit we all meet up and i'm getting to like the place more and more.

So at some point in the future we plan to move to udon as we are building a house there but it nothing massive and its on a budget, i've drawn up the plans and i'm doing some of the work with pangs brother who is a builder by trade and its my background too, so I'm learning new ways but puangs brother is learning a few things from me..

On my next visit to udon i'll be bringing up my fishing tackle as I'm a bit of a keen fisherman and i'd like to try out some waters around udon but not the stocked up fishing parks.

Does anyone know of any?

Yes, welcome. If you enjoy fighting other British tribes you are going to have a great time here at udonmap. As KP says, it helps if you're a bit bananas. Particularly if you're going to be posting often.
