Night Market Get Together
She was at the Down Under on behalf of San Miguel just to help out only for that night.
Yes, she is fairly tall - about 5' 10" or so...
However, there is another San Mig girl at the Down Under on a regular basis that is actually quite a stunner - though a tad bit "big boned." Part Thai and Malay - and I think she also said part Scott... Well worth taking a look or two at

Wow, how come I missed her? Probably because I was on the nam soda's that night and she was busy dishing out the hats and San Mig's at Pop's table.VicVegas wrote:Me and Jetdoc and our ladies started off at the DownUnder Bar and never quite made it to the market. I blame it on the food, the San Miguel beer, the San Miguel hats, Pops acrobatic act, and one particular San Miguel Girl . . .
You can see why.
Great time at the DU. My compliments to the new owner and his staff. We'll try to get to the market next month. Sorry guys.

But do it after we conclude our other business. I sense a very good deal now.

These following messages were posted on the wrong thread so I've moved them here.
The Monthly night market meeting (first Saturday of each month) is on 7th this month and usually starts around 7pm at the usual place. Everyone is welcome. See you all there.
Then there is also a weekly meet up every Saturday after (not taking place of the night market meeting), meet-up places will be posted on the relevant thread.

LA wrote:the usual regular night market meeting will be this saturday, 7th at usual place. depending on appetite, usually gets under way 7 ish. allowing time for those wanting to move on to a second venue before the witching hour. as I see another thread for 'official members meetings' has been started, not to be confused with 'night market meetings', held on the 1st saturday of the month. usually earlier than official forum meetings, so both can be attended if wanted.
cya there.

Saturday 07/07/07.Auspicious day? It certainly was for the night market get together. About 30 members and partners turned up from 7.00pm onwards, most staying to kicking out time 11.00pm.We actually had so many, us girls decided to leave the blokes on a table of their own while we occupied the next row with about 6 offspring as well. Don,t know what the blokes were on about but us girls had a grand old time discussing , amongst other things, how to make farang food, shopping(of course) and inevitably about the guys on the next table. No names but a few secrets aren,t secret any longer.Wow, some of the things you blokes get up to Don,t worry we won,t be revealing them, yet So much seemed to be going on with the guys table that I will just list the participants. Doing this from scraps of paper so apologies in advance if I miss any one out. In no particular order. Lamphanon, Pop-Pops, Papaguido, Wokkambat, Ricocoh, Valentine, Ralphcasuns, Paul, Redbeard, Ardvark, Aussieboy, And at least three others whose names I can,t remember, sorry guys , perhaps someone else can fill them in for me.
It was particularly nice to see Paul there when so many turned up, as it was his original idea to get together every first Saturday of the month and after those first few lonely nights, sometimes alone, many months ago, I am sure he enjoyed seeing his "baby" has grown to such a large gathering.I would just like to add, With the comradie displayed last night, the forum has a great future with postings from these guys and the likes.
One suggestion though. Would it be possible to change the topic title to" Night market get together"Rather than "meeting" that sounds so formal, and believe me, there ain,t nothing formal about this lot. Look forward to seeing you all next month, and possibly even more fresh faces.
No idea what Wokkambat is doing to Val, but look at all those empty bottles. I heard Vals getting 50 satang each from the scrap man

Wow!We picked the wrong ''get together'' to miss!Sounds like twice as many people showed up than usual.Sorry to miss the chance to meet more ''forumites''!We had some heavy rain, combined with a minor physical problem and some laziness, decided to give it a miss!
Glad to hear everyone had a good time!
Sounds like the wife would have had a good time with lots of ''secrets'' to laugh about !Looking forward to the mens report,as soon as the heas clear

Sorry chaps, I just cut some posts out and for some reason cut every post proceeding the above. There's no way to re-insert these so I will add them to this post:

Ricohoc wrote:Yes, it was a very nice time. When I get back to the US in a week, I will be home sick.
papaguido wrote:Really great night last night. As always it was good to meet other formites and place names to faces. There was plenty of conversation, laughter and beer going around. Stan, just to rub it in, you missed a good one. Looking forward to the next one
laphanphon wrote:yes, good time last night. albeach in attendance, after long absense, galee ,departing with paul for parts unknown, hope had fun. brian (pakawala or what ever id is). lots of pics taken, hope to see some soon.
Pakawala wrote:Sorry I haven't been able to get on line for most of the day... busy trying to rehab my wife's townhouse. Only just got the chance to read all the above posts and just wanted to get my 2-bits worth in. I fully agree, it was a great 'meeting', gathering, assembly, turnout, conclave, congregation, throng, concourse or what ever other name you may wish to place on it! It doesn't really matter, it was FUN. My only disappointment is my failure to be included on Udongirl's list of folks present. I arrived at 7:15, ate dinner, had several beers and still wasn't recognized. Guess I'll have to draw a big red circle around my head-tattoo next time so I might not be excluded from the list of attendees.
Garnet wrote:I'm feeling a little disappointed with myself for not suggesting to my wife, Jack, that she attend. With such a large contingent of other ladies present, she would have done comfortably well, I think! Besides, she did attend one of the Forum gatherings previously, and thus met Paul and LA. And she already knows Galee, having met this fine gentleman several times.
I hate it when I only think of something after it's too late to do anything about it!
a very late update, sorry, for timing, but no longer have internet at house. the usual motley crew, well most, will be at Brian's/Sabai's house warming party this evening. myself and i believe stan and rito will be in attendeanc, and cliff has some things going on that he'll be busy with tonight, i think. Val, not sure where our buddy has been lately. hope to see all soon, or next month.
